6 Months of data deleted

I have been using this app for the past 6 months now after changing my regime.
It has helped remind me when medications are needed to be taken, monitored my daily state of mind and recorded all of my results.

5 days ago there was an app update that completely wiped my entire account and all my history denying me access when opening the app. No other app on my phone was affected.

An attempt at restoring the phone through backup failed to retrieve the stored information. An attempt to duplicate the account on an iPad was not possible either.

I have contacted support 3 times without any response.

UPDATE: Your current 1.3 Update has done exactly the same thing again deleting all personal data and shutting down the app completely.
One has to delete the app and reinstall it and start all over again.

Version 1.2.3

I just installed the very latest version, this will not open to view. Ver. 1.2.3 seems not to be compatible with at least the 6s. Need this fixed fellas!!!

A good start: too much missing

Great to have a place to track my CD4 and VL numbers, but if you're going to be serious about providing a health tracker for PLHIV there are many other things to track, even the basics like blood pressure, weight, blood glucose, not even bmi :(

The mood indicator on the journal is too course - TactioHealth have it better categorised. The quality of life tracker is much much better - add a 4th ring for mood and you've nailed it

I love the work that has gone into most of the UI it feels smooth, but it's inconsistent. Images are nice, but they make things look overworked .. so make it all like the health tracker pages. Save the images for home and info pages. THe data entry for medical contacts and medications looks bolted on.

Calendar /reminders / contacts : why, oh why are u inventing the wheel and then not even attaching it to the car ... push the data to the native calendar and contacts apps . I don't want multiple places for my appointments and reminders .. sigh and I don't want to do store my doctors on multiple places either - sigh

A good start, but not enough for me to invest time into. (Data import for history would help that -another basic missed)
