What's New in Version 1.1
Nothing that DR Google can't do.
I wouldn't say it is a complete waste of money but the value just isn't there yet. Could just use google instead to search for your pain points and recommended stretches/ exercises free of charge
Good info, Needs more content.
Is the info valuable? Yes but needs more depth for the price. Interested to see where it goes and grows. Maybe into routines not just single exercises. Good it's cycling specific.
The app only provides stretches and exercises to strengthen muscles at 6 major pain points. Nothing about changing bike set up or how to sit on the bike to prevent pain in the first place. I suffer neck/shoulder pain but there is nothing in the app to help me change my bike set up.
