mySA GOV allows you to securely store your South Australian Government issued passes and licences online. It offers users the ability to validate another person's digital pass or licence so you know it's real, and you can also receive notifications when some passes and registrations are due to expire.

The app offers the following passes / licences:
Driver's Licence
Proof of Age Card
Motor Driving Instructor Licence
Driver Accreditation
Recreational Boat Licences
Land Agent Registrations
Land Sales Representative Registrations
Vehicle Registrations.

Please note, you will need to have a mySA GOV account (formerly known as EzyReg Account) in order to log in and retrieve your passes.

Whilst Digital passes and licences displayed in the mySA GOV app are a valid electronic form of your existing physical licence and are valid credentials, some organisations and businesses may not be set up to validate your digital pass or licence. It is highly recommended that you continue to carry your physical licence with you for now.

I liked the app as it has easy sign up from EzyReg and don’t need to remember separate password for it. It has the feature of keeping all the licences together and don’t need to keep paper licence with me all the time.
The only thing that I didn’t like is that I can’t remove the registration plate detail for the car that I don’t own now and it come as unregistered. There should be a way to remove the unregistered or previously owned vehicles from the list.

I also tried to install the same app on my mrs’s Phone to create her digital licence and app didn’t allow as she doesn’t own any car on her name and asking her to contact service SA for this.it would be good if everyone can use this app without any hassle.

Overall it’s a good app and I will recommend to others to use it.

Pointless (and not secure)

It doesn’t matter how good the App is if it is impossible to get into.
As I swap Apps to get my strong password and/or one time code the mySA GOV App resets - and clears my previous input.
So I can’t use 1Password, and I use that for everything.
Worst (most annoying) app I have ever come across.
I emailed details as requested, and sadly, received a response that this is “intended behaviour”.
Okay. I can see they have bigger problems, so this isn’t super urgent. But it is a problem. And it shouldn’t be.
But I suspect that is the answer everyone is getting, as other reviews seem to indicate that problems aren’t being fixed.
BTW: Don’t bother adding a passcode, because the app opens without requiring the passcode anyway.
