I have no problems in the 4 times I’ve used it.
It would be good if we could tell if all the slots were either in use or the status of the bins. Lucky for me the truck turned up to empty or I would of been waiting 40 mins for nothing and one of the cab lanes was not operational because it was full. Had I known that I would of delayed my visit to when both we’re working. People are turning up with their Ute loads and when you don’t have a lot to wait in front of those multiple loads is very inconvenient.
Thanks for the feedback :)
You can now see the status of each line in the myTOMRA map. You can also save your favorite location and keep the status easy accessible each time you open the app. Hope you like it!
Good app needs work.
Use this app when I have enough bottles to make it worth turning up to get the cash back. The only thing that really annoys me is some times it keeps my login details which is good but other times it doesn’t and the people behind you really get mad when you take so long trying to get it sorted then the machine won’t read the barcode. Have seen to try a screen shot of my barcode but a app fix would be better.
It just works!
It’s rare to see that apps just works. Quick to download, no fuss sign up with Paypal. Even the barcode location on the app is well thought out with regards to the barcode scanner on the machine. Well done! The only thing that got me is the “how it works” screen. I think people expect it to be a swipe interface rather than a click interface to move forward.
Thanks for the feedback :) I'll pass this on to the development team.
