Ordering is never smooth or easy. The present order took 2 phone calls to clear up. 1st, the names of the coffees have changed so I had to call and find out how to order them. Apparently, a notice was sent out to advise customers of name changes to country of origin but it passed us by. Why not just keep old names in parentheses on website until customers are aware of changes? Secondly, I couldn’t check out because the website wanted a mobile phone number but gave no place to enter it. WHen I called back, the assistant said the mobile number was already registered and isn’t needed in any case for normal delivery. It turns out the 1 day toll delivery had been automatically ticked (not by me, we never use it) and had to be unticked and normal delivery chosen before order could be placed. But if I had wanted 1 day delivery, I still couldn’t find a place to record the mobile number. Which you already have! So I agree with former reviewer, the site need some improvement.
Ordering is quick & easy but during the checkout process it kept asking for my mobile number. I couldn’t see anywhere to enter it & I kept going back to my stored details & address to check. The mobile number was there. Eventually I found the delivery options. Still no where to enter a mobile. There was a button I could check though to “leave in a safe place”. Checked that & yay, another window popped up with my mobile number on it. It took 15mins in the checkout process, a bit too long. Maybe better info on the error pop up window as it’s not very intuitive. Other than that, great App.
