From 31 Jan 2018, All Telstra post-paid mobile, pre-paid mobile ($30+ active recharges) and mobile broadband customers are eligible. Data-free on the Telstra mobile network. Eligible customers can access Netball Live Pass 2018 Season included as part of their plan.
Eligible customers can activate their Netball Season Pass until 31 Dec 2018 using their compatible Telstra mobile or tablet on the Telstra mobile network.
The Netball Season Pass expires on 31 January 2018 and is only for use within Australia.
Outside Australia – The Netball Live app will live stream 2018 Suncorp Super Netball matches internationally to users who have a valid subscription through the App Store. The Netball Live app will live stream the Quad Series, Constellation Cup and Fast 5 series matches internationally to users who have a valid subscription through the Apps store except for users located in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The video is restricted to the mobile device screen size being used and cannot be casted on to a larger screen. Data charges apply.
Standard data charges apply when downloading the Netball Live Official app. Video data usage is unmetered within Australia for Eligible customers in respect of supported Telstra devices.

Apple App store Subscribers
If you have an issue to resolve, with your subscription, you should contact the Apple app Store.
Access premium content for a recurring fee of $2.99 per week, $12.99 per month or $29.99 per year. You will be billed $2.99 every 7 days, $12.99 every 31 days or $29.99 every 365 days, automatically until you cancel your subscription.

Telstra’s agreement with Netball Australia restricts the display of some live match videos to the current screen size. Match highlights and match replays are available for viewing in full screen size.
Video is restricted to certain device sizes for individual games and in different regions around the world. When you subscribe to the Netball Live Official App Weekly, Monthly or Annual Pass, you agree, as the relevant mobile service account holder, to Telstra and its related bodies corporate collecting and using the location of your mobile handset to provide you with game coverage.

Unfortunately I’m not with Telstra, which means I am unable to watch any of the games live without paying money. I am very devastated that the app thought it appropriate to have people pay to watch when most other sport apps do not cost anything at all! Netball is supposed to be expanding however this app is merely limiting the amount of supporters. I was so excited last week when I heard on the TV that I could watch the game on netball live. I quickly downloaded the app, only to find I had to pay money. As I haven’t even started my first job yet and am currently trying to save up I was unable to spend it on this app. I believe that when I say this I stand for all the other young supporters and audience out there who don’t have Telstra and don’t have any iTunes cards, meaning that they would then have to use their parents credit cards but their parents tell them “No”.
THIS APP SHOULD BE FREE NOT ONLY TO THOSE WITH TELSTRA BUT EVERYONE.
Poorly designed application
The application is named ‘netball live’, however you cannot watch games live nor even immediately after the games are finished broadcasting on TV..? Absolutely ludicrous and it has me cancelling my subscription as I may as well record the broadcasted game and watch it at another time on the tv.
Relating to the above, it also has disappointing qualities (or lack of) within the app. The app doesn’t even stream to a TV through any means. Who wants to sit and watch a full netball game on their small mobile device? It is unrealistic and inappropriately silly. If this application is designed and owned by Telstra, it’s leaves us with great doubt in one of the largest telecommunications companies in our country (nothing new for Telstra).
Videos need work
I enjoy the app, the annoying thing is the videos reset each time you exit the app. I use the app on my phone and constant have to leave to reply to emails/messages. It would be great if I could return to the app and have it continue from where I have left off rather than having to start the whole video from the start each time just from quickly going out of the app - even if the app is still in task bar.
