Ola Driver 4+

On my first trip when i reach to rider and ask her to jump in car after conforming her name. She was quite confuse that 3 drivers are coming toward her for one job. I was close to her so I picked her first and payment comes to me. After that 2 times when i got request to pick up and i accept it. When i reach destination after driving 5 kms rider wasn’t there. I called rider to ask where are they? They said that they already in Ola cab and someone is dropping them. What rubbish this app is? How come app is requesting few driver to pick up one rider? Who will pay money to driving extra kms? I am not in fault that means Ola must have to pay me cancellation fees. It was horrible experience by Ola driver app. I ended up to uber app through out whole night.

The apps sometimes make an error, point out a wrong direction. So, this took me to longer trip than it should. My payment being greatly reduced due to this issue and they never tell us directly if the payment being adjusted. I went to ola office, reporting this issues, and the staff service absolutely terrible, they keep making an excused and telling me to come back next week. So, I ended up coming to Ola office for 4 times and the issues still has not fix. They blame google map for this caused and didn’t want to pay the error trips. They just willing to pay the toll instead. I lost a lots of money for the error trips that the apps caused. Ola should take full responsibility for this issue and came up with their own map like Uber. And be transparent by letting the driver know if there is payment adjustment. Imagine how many driver lost their money without realising the payment being adjusted a few days/week after. So I advised to all Ola drivers to check your account regularly!

Worst app ever I have used no customer service or even worst customer service ever since have seen so far. They blocked me for no particular reason and the fact is I have been not worked on the system the whole two to three days. And no response what so ever that why I am blocked and why. It’s been more than 72 working hours I still haven’t received a single response from them. And when I call to the customer service desk they always gave a very pathetic and standard response that I am raising your concern to the concern department there’s nothing in my hands.
