Has anyone checked content in 2018


Home and Away are still showing Dec episodes as the very latest! Today all recent episodes from this year have been removed completely. Streaming is good and worth 5 stars but the shows I want to watch aren’t there so nothing to stream for me! The noisy adds don’t bother me because I have a rule - if the first add is louder than the show I’m watching the volume is muted for that series of adds. Apart from the problem mentioned above the app is really good, I will change my rating when my shows are back!
How grumpy was I when I couldn’t watch what I wanted when I wanted! Was being a bit of a drama queen! Sorry, for the most part the app is almost 5 star. The 5 star rating came because it is nice to see the feedback is read and responded too. 😊

Unpleasant experience


I have never before wanted so much to throw my IPad across the room than when trying to use this app. The ads would simply stop and not move on which meant restarting the program. Would then have to try and find where I was in the show which would start the ads all over again. There were often times the ads would finish, I would enjoy roughly 60 seconds of the show and then the ads would start again. Many of the ads were much louder then the program which meant having to reduce the sound only for the ads and then turning it up for the program. The sound would sometimes go out of sync which mean restarting and watching ads as I was trying to get to the spot it cut out. Watching 2 40 min episodes ended up taking 3 hours. The show was good but the experience was totally ruined by the bugs in this ap. Will be looking elsewhere for the content.

Since the app changed and now links to the 7live app it is totally dead. No longer works on my iPad. Frustrating and totally useless.

Update.... thanks for your useless email developer telling me I’m on an old version and should update.
A) please read my post I did remove and reinstall and it’s your settings that dictate which version downloads not me. I don’t get a choice.
B) it had worked perfectly for a long time. I loved it. Now YOU have updated to the 7live it no longer works for lots of us with older iPads. FYI mine is actually only 2 years old and an iPad mini.
Please not I’m sending this from my iPhone so version not relevant.
The point being you guys constantly “update” things that aren’t broken and you break them.

I can’t watch and I can’t update as between you and App Store you give me a broken product.

Latest update another useless response now telling me oh sorry we try our hardest but can’t support everything. Again it worked prior to your update. You have removed the version that worked and forced a download of a version that doesn’t work.

This isn’t rocket science. You’ve lost me and from the look of all the terrible reviews you’ve lost most of your customers of late with the crappy update. It’s a mess.
