TV Adapter Streaming - environment volume control does not work

While in the TV adapter program and streaming sound from the adapter the environmental volume control doesn’t work. The streaming volume works, however when trying to adjust the environmental volume it also adjusts streaming volume (and not the environmental microphone volume). I’m hoping this feature can be fixed.

Update Needed!

Guys if you don’t get your software to work better you’re really going to start losing business as other Ear Device manufacturers will start to overtake you.

Almost every morning I have to reconnect & pair my HA’s to my iPhone and some days it takes so long I give up. Yes, I’ve followed all the instructions to the letter. I’ve turned my phone off & restarted it, I’ve had Wi-Fi on and Wifi off, I’ve had the HA’s ‘selected’ but then they won’t pair. I’ve even tried BT off.

Occasionally when everything goes according to plan, I’m like “great, I’ve finally worked it out” only to have them drop out an hour or three later.

It’s so frustrating as I rely on listening to my iPhone/iPad A LOT and having to take HA’s out to put headphones in and then taking them out to put HA’s back in is driving me insane! From reading some of the other reviews I don’t think I’m on my own here either.

Thankfully I still have these on trial so unless something changes in the next week it’ll be a NO from me!!

Frustrating app.

Every week at some stage it decides not to connect to the tv controller. Try everything and usually deleting app and reinstalling is needed. Much more reliable connection on iPhone but very very unreliable on iPad. why? Also the mute button is hopeless, either it doesn’t work or has lag when you press it so you presume it’s not going to work, often you press again and by then with its lag it has belatedly muted so now you have unmuted with the second press. Tried not doing second press but often it doesn’t mute. Very frustrating, can you make the button bigger and instantly mute please.
