Release 4.4 Unstable
This App seems to get slower and more unstable with each release, currently the app crashes every time I open it. Most of the time It hangs on the login screen (when I can get to the login screen) then before anything is entered screen goes black and the app crashes.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app to try to fix the issue and it continues to occur. I have also done a system reboot and restore of my device and the issue is still occurring.
Very frustrating when all you are trying to do is check your balance. I have ended up using safari to login and check my balance in the mean time until an update is released which I hope will be more stable.
The old version was better, the new version does not work !
I don’t like the new version -
The quick balances does not load or it takes forever - the login process fails more than works - I now log in via the Internet because it’s quicker and more reliable. The
transfers require more screens to action and you can’t see the balances on the transfer screen like before. Stop changing things that are not broken - because it’s broken now.
Also - I tried to leave this feedback on the ‘email us’ part of the app - that also did not work - just kept saying enter a message - yes my iPhone versions is up to date ! Shame
I would just like a change in the size of the writing for the receipt number when you have paid a bill & for the account numbers. All the other items can be read easily but when you are recording the receipt number it is smaller and not as bold. I also preferred the old login instead of having to register every device you might use. Otherwise everything is good.
