When you enable Cloud Vault backup in the app, you are required to provide a Cloud Vault Password. Your Cloud Vault Password is never backed up to our servers and used as a secret value that only you know to encrypt/decrypt your files. This means we have NO ability to view your photos. This also means that if you forget your Cloud Vault Password, you will also not be able to view your Cloud Vault data. Please write it down.
PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION
Premium will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

LOVE THIS APP
this app is a must have to secure any photos or videos that you dont want seen by prying eyes. the app also gives the oprion to delete the photos from camera roll once they havebeen put into the vault so you know that they are gone from camera roll. you can always move them back if needed with the click of a few buttons.
Reliable but basic
Ive used this make for years now and I can tell you there is nothing else that comes close to comparing with it. Everything works and is reliable and secure. The only issue is that it lacks many features that would make it a lot better. Things such as a warning for importing duplicate images, support for other file types or notes, a dark mode and a more discreet app icon option. Also a cloud sync feature for syncing between devices could be an option for some people who may want to access and add to photos from different devices.
Cash Grab
So original downloaded basic version, and subsequently upgraded for the premium version. It was ok but didn’t sync across devices, the biggest problem. Now years later after virtually no significant upgrades along the way, I’m now told after a long awaited new version that not only is what I paid for no longer “premium”, but I still don’t get the long awaited sync version unless I pay even more $$!!! A pure cash grab without any consideration for what we originally purchased. Not worth the new costs, look for other options.

Thanks for the honest feedback. You will always be able to keep the features you paid for forever at no additional cost. We plan to continue to support the app long term and is why we have switched to subscription instead of a one time purchase model which is unsustainable in the long run.
