I have had no issues with qantas cash app and the cards I have had for a year and abit... but I have noticed some things I believe need to be ironed out to perfect this service to the Australian and nz public.. so as to sustain a viable future in the market.... when a customer calls you please ensure you are friendly and nice and not grumpy and narcissistic like I have experienced in the past and understanding... I believe the wait time for replacement cards should be reduced from three weeks to half of that for pre existing customers... and you’re Qantas cash app seems prone to bugs or virus currently regardless of latest update 2 weeks ago.. my facility on my app has stopped letting me load cash on it forcing me to go to the internet website... it hasn’t resolved by deleting the app and downloading it nor has it resolved by resetting phone... so please fix this issue... otherwise still a good service I have not stopped using in 2 years 😊😊
Generally works well and is a handy app to check on your balance, but it often won’t open the list of transactions at the bottom of the screen when I tap on the link in yellow to view all transactions. When it is working, I am able to scroll down. This often does not work, or might work once. If you go back to scroll down again, it won’t scroll. Very annoying. This has been happening for quite some time.
The features of the app are good and it’s very user friendly when it works! But it constantly plays up, freezes mid transactions, very slow or just crashes! The fingerprint needs to be frequently reset as well. Freezes while transferring currency, Not as good as the virgin app my hubby had never had a problem with the virgin app. Qantas needed to look at these reviews and fix the dam problems. Not to mention I’m still waiting on qantas to refund a fraud charge made on my card. Still not sure how this happen. Was my card skimmed or was my app hacked? If the app continues to play up I’m canceling my card and switching to virgin!
