Disappointing
Joined and paid my airtime, time to make a call its saying am not registered. My account has been debited and there is no 24hr support service. Had an urgent issue to convey home had to join and pay for another provider. Upto now l havent got any feed back or explanation why they managed to debit my account but failed to use the service l have paid for
Outstanding Service
I’m currently overseas in need to constantly communicate with my people in Australia and quality of calls have been nothing short of amazing. I got the unlimited global subscription and this is a great value for money.

It could get better
Such a great idea creating this app, rates are reasonable and I am able to send credit to people back home in South Africa. The only thing that gets to me is how much it takes to connect for Phone calls especially when the number is a Telkom network. Today I ended up giving up because I was waiting 3 min 40 seconds and the call still had not connected.
