Payment does not work
I was quite excited to use the 50% off first order when I saw it at my new local Roll’d.
Registered an account, and proceeded to ordering.
Order become pending status and no other message. Asked the store, they said sorry but they haven’t received the order.
5min later, showed the payment rejected/failed. So I thought I must’ve typed the card number wrong, and deleted the payment details then fee re-entered it. Same result...
Tried for the 3rd time, still the same.
I really like the food at Roll’d and the app would make it convenient, if only it works properly.
New app feedback
You should allow users to search for there store but typing in their location and/or postcode rather than having to find it on the map.
Also there should be a section in the app that has links to: Help, About us, FAQ ect...
Otherwise y’all are off to a good start!!
