This is the biggest rip-off app I have ever been stupid enough to buy. Seriously, it only contains about 10 basic exercises which every schoolboy would know.
Over half these workout days consist of the words "have a rest today" and some fortune cookie-ish advice on eating grains or maybe going for a jog.
And on top of that half of the actual exercises are not even for abs.
Seriously, even though this only costs 99c it is still a massive con.
