Bug fixes and improvements
So I’ve been using this app for a while now and so far it had been fine but I woke up one morning to see a night that practically said I was awake the whole night, except for the fact that I only remember waking up once, very vaguely. That night I had decided to put the fan on because it was a bit warm so I thought that might have affected the results. Apparently I was awake since like 2am which is absolutely ridiculous because somehow I was awake for 5 whole hours in bed, but I remember waking up at the time I had set the alarm but I did not hear the alarm. I will admit when I woke up I felt exhausted for some unknown reason but I had never got results like this beforehand. This was only one night, however, but I am beginning to question its accuracy when a fan is on.
After upgrading to an Apple Watch I stopped wearing a fitness band to track my sleep which I’ve always found interesting. I wanted this to continue and rediscovered sleep cycle. However I keep getting inconsistent and confusing results. It often says I’m awake when I remember sleeping the whole night through. I don’t know if it’s because I share a queen bed to myself and sleep in the middle of the bed I’m not sure if this is why my results are confusing but I’ve stopped using the app now
Music to fall asleep to
I love falling asleep to music playing through my Bluetooth speaker. Sleep cycle does now allow this. I understand it puts out the sleep tracking whilst the music is playing. But I usually set it to turn off after half hour or so. It would be nice if I at least had to option to do it. The app only lets me play through my iPhone speaker.
