Need to add Dan Murphy
Great app because it’s so easy to use. I use it a few days a week. Too bad some of the trolleys I’ve reported from Woolworths don’t seem to be acted upon. At one tram stop I reported 1 trolley 5 weeks ago. There are 6 trolleys there now. Seems one gets added each week. I spotted 17 Woolworths trollies around my block today. Let’s see how long it takes for them to be collected. Councils must make their collection by the relevant supermarket a priority with fines if they go for more than a week. Seriously. How can the supermarkets not get them collected - even after 5 weeks of reporting?
The app needs to add Dan Murphy trollies as well.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. We have now added the ability to report a Dan Murphy trolley to the app.
I used this App to report a Bus Stop pole that was dangerously bent and looking like it was about to fall on people waiting for their buses. Used the App to take pics and automatically send a message to the correct Local Council, and days later it was fixed. The developers need to get this App more publicity somehow. Maybe the Morning Shows, Local Newspapers and Secondary Schools. It's too great an Aussie App to die hidden away on the App Store....and it's free. This is one of those Apps that helps make society better and fixes the things that go wrong with it. A must have.
Great tool! But the NeatStreets App is better than this one
This app is great for reporting dumped trolleys (each lost trolley adds several hundred dollars to grocery prices!), hazards and for fighting graffiti (which has multiplied since about 2004). Well done!
However, the NeatStreets app, which does the same job, is a better app: NeatStreets doesn't mix the App's photos with your own regular photos on your camera roll like this one does (please fix it!); and this app forces you to send your name and email address in with every report, whereas NeatStreets has anonymous reports, which you can still view and comment on.

Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We'll look at making adjustments to how the app interacts with your camera roll. Each authority has the ability to set the minimum mandatory details they need to action a request, in most instances this is a name and a contact detail. As such, if any details are defined as mandatory it's a good thing to add them as it will support the authority in resolving the issue for you. We are continuously developing our technology and have a number of big improvements planned month in, month out.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
