I used this App to report a Bus Stop pole that was dangerously bent and looking like it was about to fall on people waiting for their buses. Used the App to take pics and automatically send a message to the correct Local Council, and days later it was fixed. The developers need to get this App more publicity somehow. Maybe the Morning Shows, Local Newspapers and Secondary Schools. It's too great an Aussie App to die hidden away on the App Store....and it's free. This is one of those Apps that helps make society better and fixes the things that go wrong with it. A must have.
Love the app, limited only by Authority responsibilities
The app is an easy to use way of reporting issues that need attention in the community. But when local councils aren't responsible for that particular infrastructure it would be good if they could forward report to the relevant authority. That is the only thing I've encountered & it isn't the fault of the app.
Town Council doesn't forward feedback to other government agencies
I escalated several Feedback via Snap Send Solve App which create photo email to City of Melbourne town council. Unfortunately, City of Melbourne town council doesn't forward the feedback to other government agencies to resolve the problem. Not taking initiative and creating more work for the citizen resulted in problems not fixed which is uncharacteristic of the Mayor's oath. Would the app developers ensure that complaints that are not within City of Melbourne jurisdiction are not directed to the council in the first place. Thanks.
