What's New in Version 1.11
Twitter became silent, and we wondered what's up with that. We have resolved the issue, and your voices can now be heard once again.
I seriously don't understand why this is so popular!
It has nice music, but I don't really see how this is considered a game... You basically just guide your character, tapping important looking stuff on the way, in the hopes that something interesting will happen; but mostly you just get a pop up saying something like "we spied a stone statue, we wonder what that's about" before you realise you just have to keep on going. And going. - Only occasionally finding anything that adds minutely to the "story".
I was willing to give the game a chance by trying to make it to the end of the chapter thing before writing this, but my game kept crashing, so what's the point?! - I was bored while playing this, and when I finally made it far enough where it had game elements (there was battle you had to fight, and a chasm you had to cross, which I suppose was meant to be challenging to figure out, but mind numbingly simple) I was still bored.
I only gave this 2 stars for the music.
Having played this game and being absolutely blown away two years ago, I have returned and found it as compelling as before. Both the art style and beautiful mystery that is the story will captivate anyone while it's puzzles just add more amazing content to the game.
For anyone looking to be both challenged and astounded this is the game for you. 10/10 rating for me and definitely on of the best games ever posted on the App Store.
Can you guys please make another one?
This game ISN'T for everyone. To those that wish to try something fresh from conventional, mainstream mobile trash games or something different with an artistic perspective while it reaches the mythopoetic hipster side of you to those who truly want to be immersed; wear head/earphones and buy the game.
If you want action and thrill, you won't get it here.
I remember playing it back in '12 and never finished it. Thought I'd take the time to play it again 3 years later, still just as good - oh the nostalgia.
