Ratings and Reviews
No login facility to see your PDF bill or bill history. Yes there is a “Saved properties” tab, providing an option to pay the current bill, but it’s a half-baked solution, as if you would just pay without seeing the bill!! Please invest more into customer/user experience.
Then the in-app Feedback facility does not work either!
One star for providing an app, extra star for the “Saved properties” feature.
Slow to update app
Great app but Sydney Water are slow to update to include payment via PayPal. It's clumsy to have to use the mobile internet website for payments by PayPal when it could seamlessly be accessed through the app.
Asks for information each time that can & should be stored in the system. Limited options available to make payments. Full website (which is still sub-standard) has plenty more payment options available.
Whoever developed this app should be ashamed. It could/should be sooooo much better. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
