TGI FRIDAYS AU 17+

The app looks good, however there is inconsistent categorisation between menu and app making locating some dishes difficult. The current practise of making customer order via the app is a joke. Not what people come to your restaurants for, and even worse with an app that makes a 5 minute task a 15 minute ordeal.

I love Melb Central TGI’s! Nothing is too much trouble for Eric (the manager), or Nimesha behind the bar. She’s awesome too! So kind and welcoming after Covid lockdown. Yay, finally free.
As always, the food was yummy, and the Halloween themed drinks were great(thanks Nimesha).
There’s lots of choice in bars and restaurants in Melbourne, but I continually enjoy the atmosphere of the place so consider myself a regular.
I get a feeling there’s a formula that works here, where Eric makes everyone feel valued.

After spending nearly an hour trying to get the app to work I have given up. The link the app support doesn’t work either. If you’re having tech issues at least use Twitter like any other business to advise there is an issue with your app and website instead of wasting people’s time. I’ve used it before with no issue however now it won’t move past the front screen. I can’t access my rewards so it’s not worth me going to a restaurant. I’ve deleted and redownloaded and it didn’t fix anything. I’ll go elsewhere.
