No Family Sharing..

The Age app worked beautifully at first with Apple family sharing, but we have not been able to use family sharing for at least a couple of years now despite trying absolutely everything. have contacted The Age and Apple but no joy. $42 per month for two separate subscriptions is far too much to pay when the App is advertised as compatible with family sharing. please help!!

App has gone downhill

I was warned not to upgrade but some time ago I accidentally did. I don’t like curated content. I can’t stop videos auto playing - they do even though my account setting is off. Can’t see or add comments. It was a great app but clearly spending more money on ads than user experience. And the sudoku small numbers are too small and squashed on the iPad mini anyway.

“Hooray”, I thought, a new update to The Age app, which fixes the issues with Sudoku.
How disappointing to find the main problems have not been fixed.

- the font on the preset numbers in the puzzle need to be BOLD, to distinguish them from the numbers entered by the player.

- the pencil numbers are partly obscured when entered in the boxes adjoining the bold vertical lines in the grid. It is impossible to distinguish between a “3” and an “8”, and between a “5” and a “6”.
(The far left vertical bold line in the grid does not obscure the pencil numbers, but the other 2 vertical bold grid lines do. There needs to be a larger space there.)

I do hope these issues can be fixed!

Developer Response

Hi JillybeanQuilter, We are working on changes to Sudoku and should have those fixes available early in the new year. Thanks very much.
