Various Bug Fixes
Not even worth the minimum one star
Unfortunately the content in the Courier Mail online app has been getting worse to the point where I will not be renewing my purchase. Terrible spelling combined with nearly non-existent punctuation makes for a very frustrating read. Laughed out loud when trying to read the articles about how important grammar and spelling are. Links don't work and coding appears randomly in the middle of an article. This app must be a huge embarrassment for the Courier Mail editor. If it isn't then he/she should be sacked! What happened to proof readers?
I am so disappointed with this app. I really wanted it to be a good one so I could read the Courier a Mail on the iPad but it's barely tolerable. Missing links. Links that don't work. software coding in the middle of articles. Fragmented articles starting on one topic and merging into others.
I have been putting up with it for a long time hoping it will improve, but no, apparently News Corp thinks this is good enough.
I've had enough. No more subscription renewals for me.
With newspapers turning digital it's not good enough to have such a poor app headlining your paper.
Buggy and Unpredictable
Needs a complete upgrade. Bugs everywhere and this week received next week's "Body and Soul". Weekend editions - sections arrive days late or not at all. Other times pages missing. Missing links and spelling/grammatical mistakes frequent from experienced reporters. many reports direct from USA without Aust. translation.
