Could be better
I was a subscriber to the old app and this new one is supposed to be improved, but it's not much better. Even though I have selected the option to automatically download each day's paper it never does, and I have to go in and download it. Usually this takes a couple of attempts as it fails frequently. Last Sunday there was no TV Guide to download but there was one in the paper my sister bought at the newsagent. The No Body and Soul either. The weekend crosswords and puzzles are not available interactively either only one crossword available for the week day editions. All the puzzles should be available. It can't be that hard? They also tried to take money from my account even though my subscription is not due for renewal yet. I will be cancelling at the end of the $1 trial. Suggest u use Press Reader app instead. Much more reliable.
I have not been able to read the paper for weeks, it appears on my I-Pad every day but does not open for me to read, many approaches to have the problem fixed to no avail. The subscription comes out every month on time, that part works off course, I cannot even cancel my subscription!
I agree with all other reviewers, waste of time and money. Rarely works, unable to open, just so frustrating but subscription fees taken out like clockwork each month, that works perfectly. Better off just buying the paper because this app is useless.
