Not as good as it was... or could be!
I’ve been playing Top Eleven since 2014, so have witnessed its development & game changes over the past 6+ years. In the beginning I found the game very enjoyable, with plenty of interaction from Nordeus administrators. When there was an technical issue they would respond immediately, fix it, apologise for the inconvenience and often, compensate you in some small way.
However, over the last couple of years I’ve observed a big change in Nordeus’ attitude & approach towards customers. Complaints aren’t addressed/answered in a timely manner. When admin do answer/respond to your issue there is no ‘in game’ notification that they’ve dealt with it. The game itself has become so imbalanced, you will not win anything without spending a lot of money on tokens/rests etc... and that’s where the pressure is during in game play. I have thousands of medic credits which I hardly ever use but I keep accumulating (they’re useless) but important rest credits or tokens are hard to obtain! I also hate the recent gambling influence that’s arisen, encouraging you to buy tokens and pick a team in an upcoming real game, (eg: Real Madrid v Barca) and if you pick the winner they’l gift you more tokens!
Nordeus have a winning game here but their poor administrators and greed are going to ruin it. I for one won’t be playing for much longer if it doesn’t change.
Addictive
My second season now on level 2 only and I love this game very much. Im in my 50s so it goes to show this is not a kids game but a mature game for football lovers. The game animations are very predictable and no cross ever finds its target meaning no goal can be scored by a cross which in my view is a real spoiler. Also there are times when I cannot rest my players because of the match schedules. When you’re in the league championship league and the cup you sometimes get games too close together and the only way to give your team a winning chance is to purchase healing and rest packs for real money which puts a dampener on this game for me. If you want us purchasing your products for real money than put up some real money prizes. Also your prizes are too small. Winning the cup or league doesn’t really amount to much. Having thrown in my negatives. The game consumes me from building your stadium and facilities managing finances and team/players to scoring goals! I’m hooked and I guess I’ll be playing this game for years to come We’ll done!
Stats in Club Area
First of all I want to say the game is very good. It’s fun to play and going against others managers. when I am not playing a game I am working on upgrading the ground and training my players. I have played the game for over 3 years now (on different accounts) it’s really fun but I have a problem that’s been bugging me.
Goalkeeper stats. In the club section where it says most games and most goals there should be one for most clean sheets (I think it would be good to not only see the top goalscorer but the top goalkeeper) also seeing career assists (in the area where you can see players goals they have got in a season and their form) would be nice too because we can’t see that. Also while on the topic being able to look back on how players went in previous years would be nice. For example if you have a young player in the academy and he has been playing for 3 years now it would be nice to see how many assists and goals he got each year.
That’s all I really want to say. It’s been fun playing the game and I just want to thank the dev crew for making such a incredible football manager experience.
