Great workouts and convenient!
Workouts are easy to slot into any time gap with the choices of 10, 20, 40 or 60 mins. I think it's a great addition to any diverse or martial arts training program on the days where you feel you haven't quite made the bar, or on the off-days of your weight training if you've recovered particularly quickly. The workouts are interesting and challenging however there is some room for improvement on the technical side of things. If you don't finish a workout for whatever reason (even just the cool down) all of the workout data you've added is not saved and as a result the next workout will not adapt to any movements you found too hard or too easy in the last session. Also it would be great to be able to choose between tabata, super-set, interval and ladder workouts; maybe in a future update? :)
All in all, thanks for a great app!
Great workouts overall
Great works for different time lengths and I find myself having much less excuses to spend as little as 20 minutes when I'm feeling lazy. And the 1 hr workouts are a real challenge.
I sit at a desk all day everyday and having a smart tool like Touchfit for effective time effective workouts just feels awesome.
1 minor quirk. Sometimes in a 40min workout things can get way too hard (1 month in using the program 2-3 times a week) and end up just exhausted after round 2
Modifications to well known exercises that drive serious results - focused on hip mobility, strengthening glutes and full body strength and balance. Huge range of exercises!
