Can’t see the time when the app is open?
Is it just me or is it not possible to see the time/any of the status bar when the app is open? I’m using an iPhone X and the status bar (both left and right) are blank. I want to see the time when I’m checking my timetable 😂
Also I’d like to be able to use Face ID to unlock, rather than a PIN every single time :)
Thanks for the suggestions. I will pass the information onto the development team. We are planning to add biometic sign-on but will investigate facial recognition as part of this.
Since the update on 2nd March the app crashes as soon as you try to put the pin in. It says send report on the screen when you re open but then crashes again. Usually the app works fine, but not since today’s update.
Hi, unfortunately the app upgrade is broken at the moment and we are working on a resolution. However you can still uninstall the previous version (3.0.8) and install the new version without any break in the middle. We will keep you posted for any fixes in future.
Since the most recent update the app is broken at login.
The last time this app worked reliably was February 2017.
Most students have given up trying to bother with it and have to resort to desktop versions and paper printouts like it is 2003
I'm sorry to hear that. We have many students using the App and they are finding it extremely useful. Have you downloaded the latest update? If you are still having problems please contact the IT HelpDesk so that we can help you. We would love you to benefit from all the App has to offer. Thanks.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
