Unacceptable lack of service
Flying from Launceston to Sydney yesterday was the most disappointing experience I’ve had
Flight late leaving Launceston that’s fine it happens land in Melbourne go from terminal 4 to terminal 7 for next leg to Sydney present boarding pass to be told that my seat was no longer and I would be on the 6.30 flight which is another hour and a half to wait
Then I’m given a new boarding pass in row 23 after having paid for economy X upgrade when I asked about this the attitude was well it is what it is nothing I can do about it you can apply for a refund later
So the moral of the story is why bother being a Velocity frequent flyer
Virgin team - exceeding expectations Were n VA 484 from Marochyce to Sydney on Sunday 10th March
Wanted to take a moment to recognise the excellent team you have at Virgin.
We flew up Jet Star...decided that we would rather not do that again.
Flew back Virgin (my preferred carrier).
We got the times muddled and turned up to the desk as the flight was boarding... with luggage ideally to check in.
Verrena was so helpful, listened and said that there was a way to help via oversized bags and got us and our bag onto the flight.
We’d selected business class to were in for a treat but the service provided by Kiralee and especially Bianca was absolutely fabulous. Engaging, articulate, helpful and efficient.
Shame the flight wasn’t longer.
Well done guys, you exceeded today and deserve the recognition.

Why can’t they get it right!?
I tried using my points on their standard online website, right at the end of the booking process it had an error message and told me to to use the mobile site, so I download this app, and it tells me that if I want to use my points to book a flight I need to use their standard online website!? So I click the link and it takes me to a blank screen....so I end up going back to start again where I was at the beginning 30 mins prior!
