Vrbo Holiday Rentals 17+

It’s not like I’ve got an old iPad it’s only four months old so it’s completely up-to-date.
But this app is frustrating! Great concept but never works! Always freezes, I’ve re-loaded, refreshed, deleted and re-instated the app that many times I’ve lost count!
None of their customer service know anything about the app, I’ve lost all my messages in the inbox and any of my reviews.
Fix the issues!

Firstly, when I arrived. The place was nowhere to be seen. No one even sent me a address to the place or details. $80 a night?! And first encounter ,no a very nice way to start of my week. Then spent approximately 4-5 hours on the phone with a people telling me for my Id and it didn’t really help. Afterwards, I eventually entered the home looked outside and there was a random camper van? Someone was living in. Anyway in the website, they told me it included free breakfast. After 5 hours on the phone I was so excited to finally eat! Then realising the food was stale. And NOT very appealing for my family.. after I checked the rooms. And the sheets were old and stained and who, god knows what’s on them. Anyway I don’t want to be rude but DON’T ever spend you’re money on this. I think there are some better accommodations that you can spend on. Me and family are not very happy.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! I had booked accomodation over Easter for 6 nights & paid months in advance as required. I was driving 25 hrs for this trip & 3 days before leaving got confirmation of booking & accom from VRBO. I did not receive access info so I contacted the owner with no reply. We headed off on our big drive & 16 hrs into our trip I received a message our accom had been cancelled!!! No reason just cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice!! I called VRBO & they couldnt care less just saying we’ve been refunded & it will take 7 business days to get out money back. In the road with no accom, I asked for VRBO to be accountable & find us accommodation, they refused & when I said I’d be getting legal advice they hung up on me. Our trip was ruined, we were left out of pocket & no help was given. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY & TIME WITH THIS TERRIBLE APP & COMPANY!!
