KMinchin ,

Not A Bad Find.

I found it to be quite a handy app. There are a few bugs here and there, but in the end of the day probably one of the apps i use the most because it gives you what you want: simplicity, functionality and affordability. If you are like me, a regular wikipedia user and not anally pedantic then deffinately a nice little app worth having.

Mr Mac Happiest ,

Avid Wikibot iPad edition user...

… but the desktop version on Mac OS X leaves much to be desired. Frankly I rather surf Wikipedia through Safari and download the beautiful PDF that Wikipeda generates by itself, if I want to keep a copy of an article with me. The desktop version of Wikibot has no proper zoom, no resizing fonts, no nothing. Forget it. Two stars in the hope that it will become a beautiful experience in the future without looking like someone is practicing Mac OS X app development in their spare time. Save your money until a future release or get an alternative.

Just needs...

...to fix a bug with the drop down results-window that appears when typing text into the search field.

There is no way of removing the drop down results-window if you don't want to proceed with the selections it provides. The results-window just hangs there, even if you move the main window around.

There needs to be a way of removing the results-window (eg. in response to the user clicking elsewhere in the app, or a cancel button...).
