Good value, but needs a little tweaking
I am a yoga newbie and a running addict with hamstring issues. Best thing about this ap is the pre and post run sequences have made a REAL difference, but suggested improvements are more pics to guide you through the steps. As someone who is a very visual learner I find the whole experience was dragged down a bit as I had to concentrate so hard on following the verbal directions. It's getting better the more I do it as I almost have the sequences committed to memory, overall good value .
LOVE IT - want more sequences!
This app is perfect is for me. I've never liked group classes and time is an issue. I'm a yoga novice and I'm finding this app very helpful and peaceful. I just wish there were more sequences...Sequences for for the ITB for example. Thanks for helping me!
