Tell your Jie ‘it’s not better’ in fact it’s worse. If you manage to logout and clear the cache on Safari, the next time you login via the app, it takes you to an animated page where you have to sign-in with your email addy and password. Then your takes to your 4 digit passcode if you’ve set one up and you have to enter the passcode ‘TWICE’.
Once you’re finally in Zippay it’s a 50/50 crapshoot if you get your homepage where you can see your account details or you get nothing but a blank page where no amount of refreshing will bring your details up. So instead of logging out I close the app then flick it up to close it (on an iPhone) then I open the app again and get a purple page with the coloured Z logo in the middle. You have to tap the blank purple page to bring up the notice “please login with your 4 digit passcode. Then you have to tap the semi blank page again to bring up the numerical keypad so you can input your passcode. And again it’s a 50/50 crapshoot if you get to see your account details or a blank page.
It would be lovely that before you start blowing Jei’s trumpet that you fully test and check to make sure that the app actually is better.

Hi there, sorry to hear that. It is by design that if you sign out you have to sign in with email and password and have to reset the PIN code, we might have to revise that. Overall that sounds like a very buggy experience and would like to get more details, could you please send us an email with your screen recording at firstname.lastname@example.org? Thanks for your feedback!
Terrible app, downloaded, selected to create a new account, chose PayPal as the way to login to the app and apparently my application was rejected? Apparently you can get rejected for even trying to create a login, they have none of my personal information yet, all they got is my email address and that is enough to reject an account apparently, don’t know they expect anyone to use them if you can’t even get past the account creation process. Bit hard to provide details or a credit card if they won’t even let me enter anything, how does that even constitute a credit check when I haven’t even authorised one to be undertaken? Think I’ll stick with Afterpay who actually let you create and account before rejecting you, they’re a bit smarter and have you enter your personal information AFTER you create an account, during which time they THEN use the information you enter to do their own checks.

Hidden monthly fees
I’ve had no issues within the app itself.
But the issue is that if you purchase something and opt to pay weekly, which obviously would take more than a month to pay back depending on the total of the purchase, your are charged a $6 monthly fee for not paying the full amount before the month is up.
Isn’t it than ridiculous that you get charged that? If you are paying weekly and it will obviously take more than a month to pay back the whole amount. You shouldn’t be charged that.
Fair enough if you set it up to have it all payed within a month but if your set up is going to take 2 or 3 months to pay it than you should not be charged a monthly fee as it is obvious that it will take longer to pay.. don’t have hidden fees with Afterpay n that is less headache. Apart from that it’s good to have for an emergency.
