You can’t get away from the OPM legend that is Ely Buendia. The former frontman of Eraserheads has helmed several other notable bands and produced albums for up-and-coming stars. In 2000 he released the solo full-length Wanted Bedspacer, a genre-transcending exploration of euphoric pieces like “Kakaiba”. Through the years the Naga-born artist has released more records, including 2020’s single “Plunder My Heart” (collaborating with Cheats), which witnessed a shift in gear to dreamy indie-rock musicality—proving that there’s no stopping Buendia’s creativity, and that we’ll never stop listening.
