About Judith Owen

Vocalist and songwriter Judith Owen's eclecticism has seen her records alternately labeled as singer/songwriter folk, adult alternative pop/rock, cabaret, and jazz. After making her debut with Emotions on a Postcard in 1996, highlights of her subsequent releases have included teaming up with Richard Thompson and Julia Fordham for a pair of duets on 2003's 12 Arrows, evoking the greats of the '70s singer/songwriter era on albums like 2006's Here and 2014's Ebb & Flow, and turning to bluesier vocal influences, from Pearl Bailey to Peggy Lee for 2023's feisty jazz outing Come On & Get It.
