In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is walking around my kindergarten class in a parade and singing a song. The teacher said "I hear all of your beautiful voices singing, but I hear one voice standing out above all the rest and it is Krisanthi". Tell us why you chose this song. “One Slow Dance a Day” This song is special to me because I wrote it for my spouse. I wanted to make sure the melody and lyrics expressed my romantic feelings. I was happy to win 2nd place in the Billboard® World Song Contest for this song. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One memorable moment is playing the role of Whitney Houston's keyboard player in the Sony Pictures 2022 movie I Wanna Dance With Somebody. Also performing pre-shows for Sheryl Crow, Queen with Adam Lambert, Chicago, Doobies, Hall & Oates and others. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd like to continue performing as a singer and musician in the jazz world and the adult contemporary music scene. I also write musical theater and am looking forward to my shows being in theaters.
