Oliver Kalkofe

About Oliver Kalkofe

Born in Hanover on September 12, 1965, Oliver Kalkofe was originally slated to become (at least based on his training) a foreign language correspondent, and in the mid-'80s he landed a job with radio RST. A twist of fortunes, that is to say, the change in format for the programming, led to Kalkofe's start as a radio satirist and comedian under the guise of Uncle Hotte. A number of CD releases chronicling the antics of Kalkofe, his cohorts, and the characters have been released, the most recent being 2005's Die Arschkrampen: Satan Ziege! ~ Chris True
