Simply amazing, a must read on why dieting doesn't work and the science on how to lose weight

This book is recommended for every one who thinks that eating less exercising more will instantly make you lose weight, within just the first pages you will see for yourself the truth behind this theory and why people still gain weight while eating less. Think book takes 20 years of experience from an author which specializes in the study of obesity and brings incite on some of the most quoted dieting quotes and why most of them are misleading. We all know that cholesterol is told to be bad for us, but what if I was tell you that you'll be dead in hours without it, read on to find out why?

Spot On

Natural fats won't kill us, cholesterol won't kill us, expecting to lose 1lb of fat a week by creating a 3500 kcal deficit is madness. Eating less or moving more is not the key to fat loss. We need to address the basics first and discard advice given on the back of Bad Science and vested commercial interests.
