This book is recommended for every one who thinks that eating less exercising more will instantly make you lose weight, within just the first pages you will see for yourself the truth behind this theory and why people still gain weight while eating less. Think book takes 20 years of experience from an author which specializes in the study of obesity and brings incite on some of the most quoted dieting quotes and why most of them are misleading.
