What if your daydreams were true?
Fatherless Jack and Phoebe are completely non-identical twins. Jack's so vague he has daydreams within daydreams. He dreams he's a Conductoid. Beings from other dimensions can only use their powers on earth through him. But the days for dreaming are over. Just ask Jack's teachers. Don't they know lives will be lost? For the difference between the "impossible" and "possible" is but two small letters.
And as for Phoebe, well, the twins are completely non-identical.

“This gripping saga will especially delight advanced elementary to middle grade readers…” –Midwest Book Review, USA
“The novel is told with some panache and is very funny and serious at the same time... I dare you to read it!” – Bob’s Books Blog, New Zealand
“Lehane’s energetic prose, often bristling with witticisms and gags, should please fans of Lemony Snicket. A charming ... first entry in a proposed fantasy series featuring an exuberant young protagonist.” – Kirkus Reviews, USA
"Conductoid is a great read; one that will be enjoyed by young readers who love to travel in their minds, enjoy stepping into another dimension, and truly believe that anyone can be a hero including girls; Yep, girls, as in Phoebe, Jack's sister and her friend, play a part in this hugely heroic adventure!" - Blue Wolf Reviews, Australia

I Want To Be A Conductoid!
Such a fun and passionate story. My minds still racing. Can’t wait for the next one!
Loved this book! It reminded me of some of the Roald Dahl novels for slightly older readers. Like Dahl, Lehane gets you to care about his characters, who are caught up in the mystical world of chaos and Conductoids.
A deliciously, brilliant child fantasy that was a pleasure to read. So original, and extremely funny.
