Daughter of the Empire
This book is great and it continues to entertain my mind even though I have finished reading it last week. If you are a big buff on Japanese traditional and culture in the early 12hundreds and before this, like me, then this book is great because the world built I can tell is of a Japanese medieval influence. Not only does it have this cool theme and aspect in the world, but the characters such as protagonist Mara is kickass, as well as her First Strike Leader, Papewaio who is a great hero in the book. Fantastic work of epic fantasy. Now to read the other 2.
