Vegetarian review

I was impressed by the title. I know lots of people who need to have meat in every meal but my family, twins 16 months and a 3.5 year old, don't always go for it so I am constantly looking for ideas to feed the whole family. Why not vegetarian as meat is so expensive.

After reading all the recipes and seeing the detailed instructions, with photos I am ready to give them a go. I will be trying the quinoa, the portabello mushroom burgers and I love the crumbed eggplant idea, I will be swapping it for zuccchini.

Thanks for the book and the ideas.

flicked though it, read the recipes, didnt really make any of them. most of the recipes had meat in them too
