A good start

This is a good first read before you decide to tackle your weight. It covers some good points on the psychological barriers we put in place preventing ourselves from loosing weight. It's a good place to start to get yourself in the mind frame before embarking on some gimmicky quick fix diet. Unfortunately it is only that, a start. You must read other books or ideas to give yourself the big picture of a healthy lifestyle. Worth the read if you have time.
