Valuable resource for managing pain
While this book is aimed at people with injury related pain (back pain etc) it is still a very good resource for anyone with chronic pain regardless of the source of that pain. The book can be used on it's own but it's value really shines when it is used as a guide in conjunction with a doctor, physiotherapist or pain clinic.
This book doesn't promise a cure. But it offers a way to help you build a lifestyle with your pain vs fighting the pain. It is very respectful of pain sufferers and one of the better pain management books on the market.
