The evidence points to her violent ex-boyfriend, Darius Kleffer, a chef likely to be adept with the type of butcher knife used for the murder. But Kleffer's alibi leaves Sturgis with an open case, even as he picks up another baffler: the parking lot murder of businesswoman Ursula Corey, shot to death soon after a meeting with the attorney handling her divorce. I am an 82 year old reader, having started it at year seven, due to the fact that my father was a signwriter. I have read all the classic oldies from Mark Twain to Leo Tolstoy etal.
Recently I've come across Kellerman and have read six of his books so far, I find him the most intellectual and engaging author for the past fifteen years and intend on reading him to the very last of his work.
I do have a complaint though, you employ a critic who does a write up on Kellermans efforts using language that signifies a small mind and definitely not into intellectual fare.
I implore you therefore to kick the brainless twit out and engage someone suitable for the job

Heavy going
Reading this book was like wading through glue! And what self-respecting serial killer would lay out a table for a meal after killing someone? That's about as believable as alien abduction. Got to the end, but wish I'd spent my money on a box of chocolates instead of on this book.
Ordinary
I don't know why I actually paid top dollar for this e book after reading former offerings. Each book is the same formula - Different baddies. I found nothing at all interesting in this story and will refrain from buying the next one. On the pro side, it was an easy read for those of you that just want a "beach" book.
