The future doesn't seem as bleak
As a type 2 diabetic I found this book to offer simple and practical advice that makes the future seem a little brighter for me. It's not a difficult diet and common sense here prevails, it all depends how much you're willing to make changes to stop this epidemic.
I've seen Dr Moseley on the BBC and always enjoyed his shows and have great respect for him as he doesn't talk down to people and offers real, practical advice.
Definitely recommend this book to anyone diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, overweight or know someone afflicted.
