Sommelier on the Bay

As a Sommelier, I enjoyed this eBook. It is full of sinteresting stuff that will help anyone understand wine; including how wine is made, how to taste wine and how to choose a wine to go with food.
All Australian regions are explored with very good recommendations on styles and brands from each region. This eBook is very handy when travelling through wine areas as it gives you the best cellar doors to visit. Imported wines are well covered and leading Australian winemakers talk about grape varieties, wine styles and regions.
The Australian Wine Guide 6th Edition is a must have for hospitality students and wine enthusiasts as well as people looking for a sales career in the wine and retail industries.

Joe Turnaturi, Sommelier, Boathouse on Blackwattle Bay, Sydney, Australia
