Good book
Although this is not a vegetarian book, it is a good book for vegetarians who want to go paleo, primal or just clean eating.
There are many vegetarian recipes in here that would be just as good for lunch or dinner - lots of snacks too.
It's a shame that the editing has been quite poor in places. There are a few recipes that have missing ingredients, etc.
Also some of the ingredients are American and unobtainable or difficult to buy elsewhere. Another improvement would be to be a little clearer on some ingredients, I.e. instead of saying use a packet of stevia perhaps say 10 grams or whatever. Different countries have different packet sizes.
However overall I would recommend the book and appreciate the work the author has put into it. Thank you very much for some great ideas.
