Film festival judge Zachary Wells’ handsome one-night stand turns out to be a student competing for a scholarship Zach must award. Mysteriously, Danny Reyes’ entry has the same title as Zach's film that won the festival years before. Zach, his own career in shambles, sees Danny making the same mistakes he did. He decides to take matters into his own hands. As Zach scrambles for answers, a mysterious, chain-smoking campus tour guide counsels him: “Change the kid’s past, change your future.”
Watched this movie over the weekend, blew me away! Felt like it started a little slow but it builds quite rapidly! Fantastic ending! EPIC!
Judas Kiss - Original, well written and well worth watching
Judas Kiss was a great film. The characters are well developed, the storyline is fresh and original and I loved the concept of "if you could go back to the beginning to change your life, would you do it?" I've not before seen a film like this in the Queer Cinema genre and it was well worth the risk by it's writers, producers and director, who've created a classic film. Judas Kiss caught my attention from the beginning and I was blown away by the level of performances from the stars of the film. Highly recommended.
This film is an embarrassment. It needed more time in rehearsal than it could clearly afford. Acting is stilted - you can almost hear the director yelling Action! before each scene was shot the delivery was so clunky. Great scenes of Washington Uni (?) in Seattle though. Not worth the money however.
