Let down!

I have read jack Kerouacs novel and found the movie a little bit of a let down! They waited so long and had to find the perfect actors and the casting choices for dean and sal were pretty perfect but for me kristen Stewart as Mary Lou really did not work the dance scene was pretty amazing tho :)

Great film

I really enjoyed this film. A modern tragedy, based on real life. Casting Dean & Sal were perfect. Loved the beaming confident smile of Dean.
Reminded me of "Motor Cycle Diaries" & "Into The Wild."
It would make a good opera.
Dean is a tragedy but the type of guy all men would love to have as a apl; a care free individual who is really the tragedy of the movie.

Rare find

one of those movies you would love to have lived but glad u haven't. I didnt just watch this movie i could actually taste every moment the characters experienced, casting was amazing, agree with others kristen stewart could have kicked it up a few notches its a shame her character had such amazing potential but all in all one of the best films ive seen in a long time it really had it all. reminded me of a henry miller novel the whole experience was beautifully fcukable and experienced every way the human body is capable...
