About the Movie

The Perfect Human Diet is the unprecedented global exploration for a solution to our epidemic of overweight, obesity and diet-related diseases - the #1 killer in America. This film, by broadcast journalist C.J. Hunt, bypasses current dietary group-think by exploring modern dietary science, previous historical findings, ancestral native diets and the emerging field of human dietary evolution - revealing for the first time, the authentic human diet. Film audiences finally can see what our species truly needs for optimal health and are given a practical template based on scientific facts.

Customer Reviews

A must watch!

Accessible information based on science and research suitable for young adults through to 100 year olds. I will be watching it again and reading some of the scientists papers who spoke and presented theory.

Miss information

Be very careful with this movie such wrong information I am so shocked. Should not have seen the light of day.

Waste of Money

"The answer to the obesity epidemic" - you've got to be kidding me - biggest overstatement! Was a decent idea to look at the evolutionary changes in human's diet, however the execution and delivery of this documentary was really poor. Sections were terribly boring, dragged on and on the whole seemed to lack any real purpose or direction. Don't bother.
