Binging like it’s a sport!
Just found this podcast and absolutely love it. Have enjoyed every single episode and have been inspired by all of the amazing women who share their stories so generously. Learning so much! Thank you for a wonderful show.
More than sport
This is about getting from ‘if only’ and ‘but I couldn’t’ to well look at that. Can apply to any change you want to make and the stories come from a range of people who all started in very different places of experience, ability and age. I haven’t listened to ‘calm the f down and rise to the occasion’ but will next!
Female perspectives at last
Sparta Chicks radio has been a revelation for me, since a friend recommended it this year. I’ve always been active, and run in the odd event, but have never seemed to break through into taking on bigger challenges. These podcasts have helped me to learn from other women and challenge my own fears and doubts, while being so incredibly inspired and motivated along the way. So many goals I want to achieve now. It’s great to hear female voices and perspectives on trail running and other endurance sports. Thanks Jen, keep up the great work!!
